There was limited Class 1A and 2A Regional action due to the rainy conditions
CLASS 2A
- St. Anthony beat Sullivan, 17-2
- St. Joseph-Ogden beat Cumberland, 4-0
- Carlyle beat Litchfield, 5-4 in ten innings
CLASS 1A
- Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City beat Neoga, 12-2
- South Central beat St. Elmo/Brownstown, 15-1
- Red Hill beat North Clay/Clay City, 11-10
- Villa Grove beat Armstrong, 15-0
The Class 1A and 2A Regionals are scheduled to continue today
- There are several area games slated for today at various regional sites
- In Casey, Hutsonville, Effingham, Albion, Fairfield, and Vandalia
The two semi-final games at the Newton Class 2A Regional are today
- The host Lady Eagles play Lawrenceville at 4:00
- While Robinson plays Flora at 6:00
Most of the regional championship games will be Friday or Saturday.
