(OLNEY/NEWTON) The IECC Business & Industry, in partnership with the Illinois Small Business Development Center at IECC, will host a special workshop on January 15th, 2026, from 8:30 to 3:00 on that Thursday at the Terry L. Bruce West Richland Center in Noble. Entitled “Blueprints for Growth : Tools for Economic Development” the regional workshop will equip municipal leaders, planners, business district coordinators, and community stakeholders with practical tools to strengthen local economies & support long-term community development.
