(CARMI) The Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Zone 8 is conducting a child death investigation in White County. It was this past Friday afternoon, April 18th, at approximately 12:59, that the State Police was requested by the White County Sheriff’s Office to assist in the death investigation of a 2 year old child. As the Child Death Investigative Task Force was activitied, no other details are being released at this time.
