(PARKERSBURG) The Funeral service for U.S Army Veteran, James Darcy “Jim” Wisner, age 88 of Parkersburg, will be held Saturday Morning, May 25, 2024, at 11:00am at the Parkersburg United Methodist Church, with interment to follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg with full military rites conducted at the graveside. The Visitation is Friday Evening, May 24, 2024 from5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney, with additional Visitation from 10:00am until service time at the church Saturday Morning.
