(NEWTON) The next Electronic Recycling Event for Jasper County residents is this Saturday from 7:00 in the morning until 1:30 in the afternoon, or until the trailer is filled, all at the Jasper County Highway Department, along State Route 33, northeast of Newton. While free of charge, the event is restricted to only Jasper County residents. The list of items accepted includes computers, small-scale servers, monitors, keyboards, cable boxes, televisions, printers, FAX machines, DVD players and/or recorders, video game consoles, satellite receivers, and VCRs.
