McDowell, age 65 of Olney, will be held Wednesday morning February 5, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney with full military rites conducted afterwards at the Funeral Home. The visitation is Wednesday morning from 9:30 am until service time at the Funeral Home in Olney.
