(NOBLE/NEWTON) In meetings coming up next week :
- The Illinois Eastern Community Colleges Board of Trustees have a special meeting at 12:00 noon next Tuesday (4/7/26) at the Terry L. Bruce / West Richland Center in Noble – most of the meeting will be in executive session to discuss employment & appointment matters and collective negotiating matters – no formal action will be taken at the meeting
- The Newton City Council has a regularly scheduled meeting next Tuesday (4/7/26) night at the Newton City Hall, starting at 6:00 – the meeting will include eight old business and fourteen new business items, not to mention an executive session to discuss personnel
Both meetings are open to the public, with the exception of the closed sessions.
