(OLNEY/NOBLE) There are two municipal meetings in Richland County tonight :
- The Olney City Council meets tonight at Olney City Hall, starting at 6:00
- The Noble Village Board meets tonight at Village Hall in Noble, beginning at 7:00
Both meetings are open to the public, with the exception of any executive sessions.
