(OLNEY/NEWTON) Today is the start of a warm and mostly dry week across our downstate area as we’ll experience warmer-than-normal temperatures for the second week of March. But with that being said, the weather conditions will also this week bring an elevated fire danger with the dry ground conditions and gusty winds that will kick up, especially later this week and through the weekend. Listen for updates, monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for forecast details, and be alert to area burn bans that might be announced locally.
