(OLNEY) Richland County authorities have announced that effective this Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, the public entrance to the Richland County Courthouse will be through the front, or north doors off of Main Street. Therefore, also beginning Wednesday, the public will no longer be allowed to enter the Courthouse through the rear, or south door. With new handicapped parking now located on the east side of the Courthouse and a new handicapped ramp now open for the front entrance at the Richland County Courthouse, the public should start entering the Courthouse by using the north doors, all effective, this coming Wednesday, April 15th.
