(NEWTON) The City of Newton Water Department replaced a fire hydrant on Scott Avenue yesterday and the water service to the area effected was restored, therefore the water customers along the following streets in the City of Newton are now under a boil water order until further notice. The City of Newton appreciates the patience of all at this time.

Third Avenue from East Decatur to East Reynolds
East Decatur Street from the railroad tracks to Scott Avenue
East Reynolds Street from the railroad tracks to Scott Avenue
