(OLNEY) The Illinois Eastern Community College District is celebrating historic success in its health professions programs, reporting the highest-ever national (NCLEX) pass rate in District history and a perfect registry pass rate in Radiography. It’s been announced that for the 2025 cohort, IECC nursing students achieved a 98% pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), surpassing the national average of 87%. Within the IECC District, individual campus results were impressive, 100% pass rates at Olney Central College, Lincoln Trail College, and Wabash Valley College, and a 94% pass rate at Frontier Community College. In addition to the historic nursing results, the Radiography Program at Olney Central College reported a 100% registry pass rate for its 2025 cohort, plus the OCC Program is proud of its 100% employment rate for graduates. A tip of the hat to all the IECC instructors and students involved. Applications for IECC’s Nursing and Radiography programs will open later this fall for the 2026 classes scheduled to begin next year.
