(OLNEY/NEWTON) We’ll wrap up 2025 weatherwise with dry and quiet weather conditions and begin the first of 2026 pretty much the same way. Although areas to our north, north of a line along I-70, could get some flurries or light snow today, we’ll stay dry here in our downstate area. However, the cold front will bring us a little colder air for tonight and tomorrow, on New Year’s Day. We’ll stay dry with a little warmer air returning for the weekend and warmer than normal air in the forecast for the first of next week.
