(OLNEY/NEWTON) After some mixed wintry precipitation early this morning and a warm up for this first full week in March, a major weather pattern change will bring our downstate area numerous rain chances, not only this week, but next week as well. A waivering warm front will help bring us rain today through Thursday, then a cold front will sweep through by the end of the work week and into the upcoming weekend. There is a chance of some thunderstorms this week and predicted rainfall amounts could exceed between one and three inches by Sunday. Stay tuned for updates and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more weather forecast details.
