REGIONAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

(OLNEY/NEWTON) While an upper level weather disturbance will bring rain chances to our north/northwest, there is a slight, slight chance of a pop up shower later this afternoon in our downstate area. Otherwise, more of the same from the past several days, a lot of sun and warmer-than-normal temperatures, mostly due to a high pressure ridge hanging over the Midwest. Our next significant chance of rain arrives with an approaching cold front by midweek of next week, plus some cooler air moving in later next week as well. Stay tuned for updates and always monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more weather information and forecast details.
