(OLNEY/NEWTON) As a low pressure system moves across Illinois today, we’ll have scattered rain chances on this Thursday before it dries up by later tonight. As the strong wind switches from the west, it will bring in some colder air for tonight and through the day tomorrow, although we will have some downstate sunshine on Friday. As our weekend stays dry, we’ll also warm back up a bit Saturday, before some cooler air returns on Sunday, all to be followed by warmer than normal conditions expected by midweek, next week. Stay tuned for updates and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more weather information and forecast details.
