(OLNEY) The Illinois Eastern Community Colleges Board of Trustees had its regular monthly meeting for August this past Tuesday night in Mt. Carmel. The Board : approved the payment of all bills as presented : accepted the FY25 IECC Program Review Report, now to be submitted to the Illinois Community College Board : approved three Memorandums of Understanding, with the Lincoln Trail College Foundation, with Prevail Illinois based in Robinson, and the other with Sexual Assault & Family Emergencies (SAFE) in Vandalia : approved six affiliation agreements, including the Carle Foundation, Stone Bridge Memory Care, and Axiom Healthcare of Flora : approved the $5,651,000 bid from Bevis Construction to build an Athletic Facility at Frontier Community College : approved the $29,750 bid for a new sidewalk to be included in the Lincoln Trail College Athletic Performance Center work project : approved to purchase Rapid7 Managed Threat Detection Services for a three year term : approved a license agreement to use approximately 7,500 square feet of space at Wabash Valley College to provide training & certification services to area industry & IECC students : reviewed & accepted pay increases for Full-Time Non-Bargaining Unit Employees : and in personnel – accepted resignations from OCC Music Instructor Wade Baker, from FCC TRIO SSS Academic Advisor Annie Lankford, and from LTC Custodian Autumn Hoalt – approved a special assignment for Aaron Biddle as Athletic Director at WVC – approved changes in employment status for Chris Forde from Coordinator of Public Information & Marketing to District Program Director of Marketing & Communications, for Ken Pryor & Mark Blevins both from District Technology Systems Specialists to District Technology Infrastructure Managers, and for Fawna Forrest from Part-Time HR Assistant to District HR Operations Specialist – and approved hiring Jared Price as Academic Advisor at WVC, Lora Smith as Custodian at LTC, and Dr. Emily Krajec as District Medical Director : the IECC Board of Trustees next regular monthly meeting will be September 16th, 2025, at Frontier Community College in Fairfield.
