- County General Claims: $108,074
- Non-County Claims: $91,623

- Infrastructure & Public Works:
- Accepted low bids from the MFT Rock & Oil Letting.
- Approved a Wetland Credit Reservation Agreement with Naturion West, LLC for the Bonpas Bridge replacement project on Seminary Lane over Big Branch of Bonpas Creek.
- Safety & Workforce Development:
- Approved the IECC District to conduct OSHA workplace safety training for the County Highway Garage.
- Agreed to apply for a Local Workforce Innovation Area 23 Grant for safety training cost reimbursement.
- County Agreements & Approvals:
- Approved the yearly agreement with Illinois Extension.
- Approved annual liquor licenses for Fox Creek Vineyards and Berryville Vineyards.
- Approved the yearly donation to the Richland County Development Corporation.
- Approved an agreement to stockpile county rock on a private lot.
- Technology & Facility Improvements:
- Social Media Archiving is now available on the county’s new website.
- Approved a lighting upgrade at the Richland County Courthouse, splitting the $12,665 cost with Ameren Illinois.
- Staffing & Legal Matters:
- Assistant State’s Attorney Position: Modified from part-time to full-time.
- Closed Session: Discussed real estate, negotiations, and personnel but took no action.
