(OLNEY) The Richland County Board had its regular monthly meeting for May last night in Olney. The Board : approved the payment of all bills as presented with the total for April at $484,781 – that was $331,218 in non-county claims and $153,563 in county general : approved a culvert assistance petition from German Township : approved a raffle license as requested : approved a resolution of support and commitment of funds with Greater Wabash Regional Planning Commission : re-appointed Linda Brown to the Board of Review for a 2-year term and Chuck Diel to the Farmland Assessment Review Committee for a 3-year term : heard reports from the Sheriff, State’s Attorney, and Animal Control : noted in the IT Report that the county’s phone systems have been updated : and took no action, other than to adjourn, after a short closed session to discuss personnel : next regular meeting will be June 12th.
