(OLNEY) The Richland County Highway Department has announced that it will be oiling county-maintained roads both tomorrow and Thursday, starting with Wynoose Road in Decker Township at 7:00 tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. Motorists are asked to watch for construction signs and to use alternate routes of travel to bypass the workers and oiling.
