(OLNEY) The Richland County School Board of Education met in special session last night in Olney for discussion, but no official action. The Board had discussion on the sale & refinancing of Alternative Revenue Bonds as John Vezzetti of Bernardi Securities was present to review the timeline and procedure. The Board also had discussion on the Athletic Building layout options as Emily Spindler with FGMA and John Carroll with Poettker Construction were both available to answer questions. The meeting adjourned after nearly one hour. The School Board’s next regular monthly meeting for January is a week from Thursday night, January 15th, at RCHS, at 6:00pm.
