(NEWTON) A reminder that the second Jasper County real estate tax bill installment is due Monday, September 15th. Payments can be made online, by mail, by using the County Office Building drop box in Newton, or in-person at the Treasurer’s Office in Newton, open from 8:00 to 4:00 weekdays.
