(EFFINGHAM) The Illinois State Police Troop 9 has released results from recent Nighttime Enforcement Patrols last month in Richland and a few other surrounding counties. Here’s a look at the enforcement numbers dealing with a wide array of violations :

78 speeding violations
54 citations and arrests
32 registration tickets
18 driver’s license offenses
10 alcohol & drug citations
9 insurance violations
6 occupant restraint tickets
5 DUI’s
