(FLORA) The Sew Nifty Sisterhood Quilt Guild, based in Flora, is preparing for its bi-annual Quilt Show & Quilt Raffle this weekend at the High School in Flora. The show hours are from 10:00 to 4:00 Friday and from 9:00 to 4:00 Saturday. Admission is $5.00 per person or free for those ages 16 and younger. There will be several quilts on display, various vendors, specialty themed rooms, a free make & take, best of show voting, and more, plus two raffles with tickets on sale at the door – get one ticket for $1 or six tickets for $5 – chances to win a new quilting & sewing machine and/or a “Farm Girl Vintage Quilt” with some of the money raised going to Beyond the Walls in Flora.
