(OLNEY) The Richland County Board met last night in special session in Olney. The Board : approved the list of end-of-the-fiscal-year claims : approved the transfer of $450,000 of general fund revenue to the County’s capital projects fund : then approved the Fiscal Year 2025 budget : and after reviewing and discussing the numbers, then approved the Fiscal Year 2026 budget, which will go into effect this coming Monday, December 1st, 2025 : the next regular monthly meeting for the Richland County Board is scheduled for Thursday night, December 11th, 2025.
