(OLNEY) The Richland County Board will have a special meeting tonight in the County Jail Meeting Room, beginning at 7:00. With the Fiscal Year 2026 budget scheduled to begin next Monday, December st, 2025, the meeting’s agenda includes the consideration of end of year claims, discussion and possible changes to the Fiscal Year 2025 budget, discussion and possible approval of an added expenditure to the Richland County Health Office in the Fiscal Year 2026 budget, and possible approval of the final Fiscal Year 2026 budget. With no executive session planned, tonight’s special meeting of the Richland County Board is open to the general public.
