(OLNEY) The Richland County School Board of Education will have a special meeting this Tuesday evening at the Unit Office Board Room in Olney, beginning at 5:00. Most of the meeting will be in closed session to discuss student disciplinary cases within the school district, with possible action to follow in open session. The meeting is open to the public, with the exception of closed sessions.
