(NEWTON) A celebration of life service for Stephen Ray “Steve” Utley, age 74, of Newton, Illinois, will be held Friday evening, October 17, 2025, at 5:00, at the Plainfield Community Church, east of Rose Hill, Illinois. The visitation for the Vietnam War and U.S. Army Veteran is Friday afternoon, October 17, 2025, from 3:00 until service time at the Plainfield Community Church.
