(OLNEY) This week’s Richland County Farm Bureau rainfall report for the past week, with the reporting period ending at 8:00 yesterday morning, can better be described as the Farm Bureau’s “lack of rainfall” report. None of the county’s eleven reporting sites received any rainfall at all during the period, which also was the case here at the south edge of Olney at our WVLN-WSEI National Weather Service official weather station for Richland County.
