(OLNEY/NEWTON) With a half inch to one inch of rain falling over the past 24 hours on average across our downstate area, we’ll some lingering sprinkles or drizzle this morning before it all ends, although the cloud cover and breezy west/northwest wind will keep us cool on this Thursday. Our weather will improve somewhat tomorrow and through the upcoming weekend with some partial sunshine mixed with clouds and a little warmer each day tomorrow through Sunday.
