(NEWTON) Time is running out to sign up for this year’s Toys for Kids Program for Jasper County youth ages zero (0) to thirteen (13) or up to 8th grade. Jasper County families needing assistance with gifts this Christmas can pick up registration forms at the Jasper County Health Department or the Jasper County ERBA Office, both in Newton. The forms should be filled out and returned by this coming Friday, November 8th, to be included in this year’s gift program. Meanwhile, anyone who’d like to assist the program with monetary donations can mail funds to the Jasper County HCE Toys for Kids, P.O. Box 204, Newton, or to help out with donations or with time to help shop for the youth, call Connie at 217-259-9301. Plans are to serve up to 200 Jasper County youth for this upcoming Christmas.
