(OLNEY/NEWTON) As the massive high pressure that was over the Midwest, now set up off the mid Atlantic and New England Coast, reverses and starts to ridge back to the lower Ohio and mid Mississippi River Valley, it continues to allow hot and humid weather into our downstate area, while at the same time restrict a frontal boundary with needed rain off to our west from moving in our direction. Therefore, the hot and humid weather continues for us now through the weekend. Other than a slight chance of rain Sunday, the rest of the forecast is dry.
