(OLNEY) The Richland County Highway Department has announced that starting at 12:00 noon tomorrow, Friday, March 14th, all temporary weight restrictions that were imposed on certain County Highways last month will be lifted, although drivers should be aware that many roads still have soft shoulders. Drivers should call their respective road commissioners about details on all township roads and be aware to weight limit signs.
