(OLNEY) It’s a night of “Oldies” music and more this coming Saturday evening at the Olney VFW, starting at 6:00. The cost is $20 per person or call now and reserve a table for eight people at 618-392-3863. All are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Woodstock outfit. With snacks provided, there will be music, bingo, and much more. All proceeds from the event will to to Mentor Richland County, helping to provide brighter futures for our youth.
(OLNEY) A special “New Year – New You” program will be presented tomorrow morning from 9:30 to 11:45 at the First Assembly Church, at 2408 East Main Street in Olney. All are invited to the “life changing” event which will feature author Sonya Jones, a finalist on Season 16 of NBC’s Reality TV Show The Biggest Loser. Again, all are invited to the event.
(SAILOR SPRINGS) The Clay City/Sailor Springs American Legion Post 230 has another first Saturday of the month breakfast this weekend with serving from 7:00 to 10:00 tomorrow morning with all-you-can-eat biscuits, gravy, pancakes, sausage, and drinks for a donation at the door. That’s just off the Clay City/Dieterich Blacktop in Sailor Springs this coming Saturday morning. All invited out to support our local Veterans with some great fellowship.
