(OLNEY/NOBLE) There are two municipal meetings tonight in Richland County :
the Olney City Council will meet at the Olney City Hall, beginning at 6:00
the Noble Village Board will meet at the Village Hall in Noble, starting at 7:00
Both meetings are open to the public with the exception of any executive sessions.
