The funeral service for R.C. Franklin Jr., age 78, formerly of Clay City, will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Frank & Bright Funeral Home in Flora. Interment will follow in the Clay City Cemetery with the presentation of military funeral honors. Visitation is from 12 noon until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
