(NEWTON) The celebration of life service for Timothy Ray “Tim” Newlin, age 62, of Newton, Illinois, will be held Wednesday night, September 17, at 7:00, at the West End Reception & Events Center in Newton. The visitation is also Wednesday evening, September 17, from 4:00 until service time, at the West End Reception & Events Center in Newton.
