(OLNEY/NEWTON) After another half to one inch of rain in our downstate area over the past 24 hours, we’ll wrap up the month of May 2026 as wetter than normal with close to an average of 7 inches of rainfall in the 31 days as of Sunday. Meanwhile, we are expecting dry conditions now for the several days and nights, with daily highs hovering around 80 degrees.
