(OLNEY) The Richland County Highway Department has announced that the planned start date for road improvement work on North Prairieton Road in Claremont Township has been delayed until next Thursday, May 9th, due to recent rain. The project was scheduled to start this coming Monday, but that’s been changed now to next Thursday, May 9th.
