ACE PATROLS IN RICHLAND AND OTHER COUNTIES

(EFFINGHAM) Illinois State Police Troop 9 in Effingham has released the results of Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement (ACE) Patrols in Richland, Wayne, Cumberland, Marion, Fayette, and Effingham counties during April.
