CITY OF OLNEY LAKE NEWS

(OLNEY) The City of Olney has announced that it will be opening the Borah Lake dam gate next month to lower the water levels by about nine to ten feet towards the latter part of October. Therefore, the City of Olney reminds the residents around Borah Lake or other city-owned lakes that any type of shoreline work requires a shoreline alteration permit, plus contractors must be registered in the City of Olney. Patience is appreciated by all in this matter.
