GIRLS BASKETBALL BOB KERANS TOURNAMENT CONTINUES THIS WEEKEND & WEDNESDAY HIGHLIGHTS

The Annual Bob Kerans Tournament continued Wednesday night at the NCHS Gym, with Newton improving to 2-0 in the tournament by defeating Altamont 66-28.

• Camryn Martin led Newton with 20 points, while Karasyn Martin added 11 points to the win.

In the other game, Effingham triumphed over Flora, 58-9.

The tournament concludes this afternoon at NCHS with the final two games:

• 12:00 PM: Flora vs. Altamont (Third Place)
• 1:30 PM: Lady Eagles vs. Effingham (Championship Game)
