JASPER COUNTY GRANT MONIES AWARDED

(NEWTON) It was last month that the Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation named four area nonprofits as recipients of the Jasper County Community Endowment Grants. Each getting $1,000, the list includes the Imagination Library of Jasper County for book purchases and marketing, the Family Life Center in Newton to help purchased needed car seats, The Masters Hands in Newton to help purchase an enclosed trailer for food pantry distribution and storage, and CASA For Kids to help serve children in local foster care. The Jasper County Endowment Grant program is committed to serving and supporting programs in Jasper County.
