(BLOOMINGTON) The USDA has launched a new website to centralize information about New World Screwworm. The website, aphis.usda.gov/livestock-poultry-disease/stop-screwworm, serves as a landing page for the latest USDA-verified information on cases and response activities. Targeted resources for a range of stakeholders, including livestock producers, veterinarians, researchers, and others, is also available. Livestock producers can find details about the pest’s current status, as well as fact sheets and resources for suspected cases, plus more detailed information about USDA’s five-pronged plan for Screwworms is also available.
