OCC APPLIED TECHNOLOGY CENTER BREAKING GROUND TODAY

(OLNEY) Olney Central College and the Illinois Eastern Community College District will an official groundbreaking ceremony today of the OCC Applied Technology Center, to be located just north of the current Wattleworth Hall. The $3.15 million addition will house the OCC Radiography and Nursing Programs, plus more. Starting at 2:00 this afternoon, the event will begin with remarks in the Dr. John D. Stull Performing Arts Center and then move to the construction site. The 8,000-square-feet addition should be ready for student use in 2026, with construction work to fully begin once the weather breaks this spring.
