(NOBLE) The Noble Village Board met in regular session this past Monday night. The Board : approved the payment of all bills, as presented : agreed to retain Charleston Engineering as the Village’s Engineering firm, Kapper & Company as Village Auditors, and Lawyer Bart Zuber as Village Attorney, all for the 2026 fiscal year : noted that the next regular meeting will be moved from Monday, May 25th, to the following night, Tuesday, May 26th, due to the observance of Monday as Memorial Day : noted that Village Hall will be closed on that Monday, May 25th, for Memorial Day : was updated and discussed the nuisance property located on West North Avenue : noted that all of the Village’s Committees will remain the same for the new fiscal year : noted that the rate on the Village’s Water Salesman has increased to $3 per 100 gallons : noted that the City of Olney water rate increased on May 1st, earlier this month : the next regular meeting for the Noble Village Board is Tuesday, May 26th, 2026.
