The 154th Jasper County Fair is in full swing this week at the fairgrounds in Newton, with events and activities for all ages running through Saturday!

Monday Highlights – Grandparents Day

• Grandparents Day festivities begin today at 11:30 AM
• Enjoy classic fair food concessions, carnival rides, and games all day

4-H & Livestock Schedule

• Monday: Sheep & Goat Shows
• Tuesday: Swine, Dairy, & Beef Cattle Shows
• Wednesday: Open Beef, Junior Swine, Beef & Goat Judging
• Thursday:
  • Master Showmanship (Morning)
  • 4-H Livestock Auction (Afternoon)
• Saturday: Dairy Judging

Grandstand Events

• Monday & Tuesday, 6:30 PM – Harness Racing
• Wednesday:
  • Tractor & Truck Pulls at 5:00 PM
  • Pedal Tractor Pull at 6:00 PM
• Thursday:
  • Vintage Modified Tractor Pull at 6:30 PM
