(OLNEY/NEWTON) With a strong low pressure system hanging in the Upper Great Lakes Region, a strong & cold northwesterly wind will offset our downstate area sunshine today, all to be followed by even stronger winds expected tomorrow, however switching around from the south/southwest. After a cooler and dry weekend on Saturday and Sunday, a little warmer air returns next week with a chance of rain by mid-week as well.
