(OLNEY/NEWTON) A new approaching cold front will move through our downstate area by mid-afternoon today, giving us some clouds and a slight chance of a spotty rain shower through tonight. Then as a warm front lifts northward across Illinois late tonight, we’ll have more sunshine tomorrow and our warmest day so far this spring coming up on Thursday. With the warmer air and more humidity, our next chance of rain moves in by late tomorrow night, continuing on-and-off on Friday and returning for Saturday afternoon and evening and again for Sunday afternoon and evening. Stay tuned for weather updates and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more weather information and forecast details.
