(CHARLESTON) in Girls High School Track from the weekend –
all three State Track Meets were held at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston
CLASS 1A (74 teams that scored at least one point)
St. Anthony and Maroa-Forsyth tied for the Class 1A State Track Meet Championship
Teutopolis was sixth while Robinson tied for eighth place
Newton tied for 28th place with three other teams
CLASS 2A (66 teams that scored at least one point)
Troy Triad won the Class 2A State Track Title with Danville finishing second
Mt Zion was sixth with Effingham tying for 27th and Paris tying for 50th
Olney finished with no team score

(ROBINSON) in Boys High School Tennis from the weekend –
Olney won the nine team Sectional at Robinson by one point over Effingham, 20-19
Casey-Westfield was third with 17 points, just a point better than Teutopolis with 16
then it was Flora (14), St. Anthony (6), Mt. Carmel (4), Robinson (2), and Newton (0)
